What we collect

When you buy or get in touch, we collect what we need to serve you: your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number, and the contents of your order. If you write to us, we keep that correspondence.

We do not see or store your full card or bank details. When payments open they are handled entirely by our payment processor, Razorpay; the sensitive details go to them, not to us.

Our host processes basic technical data, such as your IP address and browser, to deliver pages and keep the site secure. We do not store IP addresses with anything you send us. Your shopping bag is kept on your own device, not on our servers.

How we use it

To process and deliver your orders, send order and shipping updates by email and, on the number you give, by WhatsApp, answer your questions, handle returns and refunds, and — only if you opt in — send you occasional notes from the house. We count visits in aggregate — which pages are read, from which countries and devices, and which sites sent people here — to improve the site. No count is tied to a named person.

The site also counts, without cookies, a few things people do here: which page is opened, which edition is looked at, which size is chosen, whether the four questions are answered, and when something is reserved. It shows us where the site helps and where people stop. Each count holds only the page, a few short values such as an edition number or a size, the country your connection reports, a random number that lasts one browser tab, and a one-way code made from your connection and browser that is used only to stop floods and from which neither can be recovered. It never holds your name, your email, anything you type, or your IP address. If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, nothing is counted.

We will never sell your personal information to anyone.

Who we share it with

Only the partners who help us run the site and fulfil your order: our website host, Vercel, which also provides our visitor counts; Supabase, which stores what you send through the site’s forms, and the counts described above, on servers in Mumbai, India; Resend, which delivers the emails those forms send; WhatsApp, run by Meta, which carries the messages the house sends to your phone; India Post’s public PIN directory, which our server — not your browser — asks when you type a PIN code at checkout, so it sees the code and never you; our payment processor, Razorpay, once payments open; and our shipping and courier partners. Each receives only what they need. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Cookies

The site sets no cookies of its own. Your shopping bag and the currency you chose are kept in your browser’s own storage, and clearing your browser data removes them. The random number the counts use is kept there too, for one tab only, and is gone when the tab closes. Visitor counts come from Vercel Web Analytics, which uses no cookies. Razorpay’s checkout loads only when payments are open and you choose to pay; it follows Razorpay’s own cookie policy.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law in India requires. The counts of what people do on the site are kept for thirteen months, then deleted. A message you send through the contact form, and a consultation request, are kept for two years and then deleted. A registration of interest and a sign-up for the correspondence are a consent rather than a conversation: they are kept until you withdraw it, because withdrawing it is the only thing that ends what you asked for. Every letter from the house ends with a way to stop receiving them, and writing to care@nagoriolfactive.com does the same — including having everything we hold about you deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop emailing you. Write to care@nagoriolfactive.com and we will act within a reasonable time, as required by Indian data-protection law.

Children

Nagori is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes & contact

We may update this policy; the date above always reflects the current version. For anything privacy-related, write to care@nagoriolfactive.com; a complaint goes to our grievance officer at the same address, acknowledged within 48 hours. If our answer does not settle it, you can take it to the Data Protection Board of India under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. This policy is governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in the courts of New Delhi.
