Try first, then commit

Be sure before you buy. Every order includes a 2 ml vial of your choice, free: wear it before you open the bottle. Every edition is also sold as a 2 ml vial on its own (₹250, credited back against your first full bottle) and in the discovery set, so you can live with a scent on your skin first. Unopened bottles can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. An opened fragrance can’t be resealed or resold, so, as everywhere, it can’t be returned — which is exactly why we make it easy to try first. The discovery set is the exception the other way: if none of the five is yours, it is refunded in full. An engraved bottle is a separate case: the cap is cut to your words and cannot be put back, so an engraved bottle cannot be returned, sealed or not. The one exception is our own error — if it reaches you faulty, or engraved differently from what you asked for, write to us and we replace it at our cost.

How to return

Email care@nagoriolfactive.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a prepaid pickup of the unopened bottle. Once it reaches us, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? If your order has not yet been dispatched, write to us and we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once it is on its way, treat it as a return under the returns policy above.

Damaged or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, leaking, or not what you ordered, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund it in full, including any shipping — no return pickup needed for breakages.

Shipping

Every order ships from New Delhi. Across India it is free, with no minimum; abroad it is one charge per order by region, shown at checkout before anything is asked of you.

These are the rates as they stand. The courier for the founding batch is not signed yet, so the charge to your country is confirmed at checkout before anything is asked of you.

Any import duty is set by the country the parcel arrives in and paid by the recipient. Delivery times are agreed with the courier before the first batch ships, and will be stated here and in your confirmation; every parcel is tracked from the moment it leaves us. Sealed bottles can be returned within 30 days of delivery, wherever we ship. Gift wrap is complimentary: tick it at checkout. While nothing is bottled nothing is charged: what you leave is a registration of interest, so there is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund, and the house writes to you when the first batch is bottled.

Refund timelines

Refunds are made to your original payment method. Once we process a refund it usually appears within 5–7 working days, though your bank or card issuer may take a little longer. We will always email you when a refund is on its way. Questions: care@nagoriolfactive.com.
