These terms

By browsing or buying from nagoriolfactive.com you agree to these terms. Nagori (“we”, “us”) operates this site from New Delhi, India. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products & pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We try to describe every edition faithfully, but a fragrance is bottled in batches, and small differences between batches are normal rather than a fault.

We may change prices, refresh the range, or retire an edition at any time. Obvious pricing errors do not bind us.

Your order

While the house is pre-launch, reserving here is a registration of interest only, not a purchase. No money is taken, and neither side owes the other anything until the house writes to you, by email and on WhatsApp, and you choose to buy. When ordering opens, placing an order will be an offer to buy which we accept when we dispatch the goods; until then we may decline or cancel any order — for example if an item is out of stock or a price was wrong.

Payment

No payment is taken while the house is pre-launch. When ordering opens, payments will be processed securely by Razorpay and by paying you will agree to their terms as well as ours. We never store your card details.

Shipping & returns

Delivery timelines, our returns policy, and how refunds work are set out in our Shipping and returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Using the site

The Nagori name, the editions, the writing, the photography and the design are ours, and are protected by law. You may not copy, resell, or reproduce them without written permission. Please do not misuse the site, attempt to break it, or place fraudulent orders.

Liability

We stand fully behind our products, but to the extent the law allows, Nagori is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits your rights under Indian consumer law, or our liability for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you have known sensitivities, read the full ingredient list — published on each edition’s page before the first bottle ships — and patch-test if unsure.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi. Questions: care@nagoriolfactive.com.

For a complaint about an order, write to our grievance officer at care@nagoriolfactive.com with “Grievance” in the subject. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month of receiving it.
