By browsing or buying from nagoriolfactive.com you agree to these terms. Nagori ("we", "us") operates this site from New Delhi, India. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products & pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We try to describe every edition and show its colour faithfully, but screens vary and a fragrance is a living natural product — small batch-to-batch variation is part of using real materials, not a fault.

We may change prices, refresh the range, or retire an edition at any time. Obvious pricing errors do not bind us.

Your order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods; until then we may decline or cancel any order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was wrong, or we cannot verify payment. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By paying you agree to their terms as well as ours. We never store your card details.

Using the site

The Nagori name, the editions, the writing, the photography and the design are ours, and are protected by law. You may not copy, resell, or reproduce them without written permission. Please do not misuse the site, attempt to break it, or place fraudulent orders.

Liability

We stand fully behind our products, but to the extent the law allows, Nagori is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits your rights under Indian consumer law, or our liability for anything that cannot lawfully be excluded. Always read the ingredient list — listed on every product page — if you have known sensitivities, and patch-test if unsure.

Governing law
