Shipping
Across India, free, on every order — no minimum. International shipping arrives as we scale; join the list at the foot of the page and you'll be the first to know.
Five to seven working days, dispatched from New Delhi with tracking from the moment it leaves us. Discovery sets often arrive sooner.
Returns & trying first
Try before you commit. Every edition comes as a 2 ml vial — ₹250, credited back to your bottle — and in the discovery set, so you can wear a scent on your skin before buying the full size. Unopened bottles can be returned within 30 days for a full refund; because an opened fragrance can't be resealed, opened bottles aren't returnable.
Email care@nagoriolfactive.com with your order number and we arrange a prepaid pickup of the unopened bottle. Refunds land within five working days of it reaching us.
Authenticity & ingredients
Yes. Mitti from Kannauj, oud from Assam, sandalwood from Mysore, saffron from Pampore, mogra from Madurai — each batch is traceable to source, and the batch number is printed on the record. Every formula is IFRA-compliant and batch GC/MS-verified. The materials, with origins.
Never. Nagori is cruelty-free, and our concentrates are vegan.
Payments
UPI, all major cards, net banking and the usual wallets, secured at checkout. (This is a preview build — the storefront is front-end only, with no live payments yet.)
Wearing & care
Store the bottle away from heat and direct light. Lay it on skin or fabric, and never rub the wrists — friction fractures the top notes. Kept well, a Nagori eau de parfum only deepens with time.
